APC Club Membership Details
All Memberships:
Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used for the children associated with the membership.
Family memberships include admission for immediate family only. This does not include non-sibling children (cousins, friends, etc.). You can utilize your buddy pass for these guests.
Admission for siblings under 1 is included with membership.
Perks can be accessed by signing into your Roller account before booking online, or letting the cashier know you are a club member before checking out in store.
Reservations are highly encouraged, space is not guaranteed.
All play participants are required to sign our waiver.
Pricing is subject to change.
Monthly Memberships:
Monthly memberships start with an initial 3-month commitment.
Recurring monthly payments will be automatically charged.
If you need to cancel your membership following the 3-month initial commitment, please email hello@artplaycafe.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Annual Memberships:
Annual memberships do not automatically renew.
Annual memberships are non-refundable.

A smaller way to save. The 5 pack is built for families easing in, fewer visits, less commitment, still a better rate than single passes.
10 Play Pack
$162
Ten visits for the price of nine, a built-in discount for families who play often but aren't ready for a membership.
Play Packs expire after 1 year from purchase.
No cost for accompanying caregiver or sibling under 1 year of age when accompanied by a sibling with paid admission.
Reservations highly encouraged.
Must sign waiver and wear grip socks.

Yes. Members can reserve their play time and are subject to the capacity limits of the play room. Members can Reserve time here and sign into your account to apply your membership.

You can create an account here and your perks will be auto applied when signing up for the play room, classes, or parties online. When in the café, mention you are a member before checking out to have your membership discounts applied.

No, monthly memberships start with an initial 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime by emailing hello@artplaycafe.com at least 7 business days before your next billing date. Annual memberships run for a full year and do not automatically renew.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used for the children associated with the membership. Since they are assigned to the child (or children) another caregiver or guardian can use the membership for that child.

Yes, please email us at hello@artplaycafe.com at least 7 business days before your next billing date to change your membership to a family membership.

You can upgrade to annual by emailing us at hello@artplaycafe.com 7 business days before your next monthly billing date. You cannot downgrade to a monthly membership from annual. When your annual membership is over, you can sign up for monthly.

If you're visiting less than once a week, single passes or a play pack may cost less overall. Membership makes the most sense for families visiting weekly or more.

Both offer a discount off single passes. The 5 pack is a smaller commitment, ideal for families just getting started, while the 10 pack offers a bigger discount for families who visit more often.

No. Discounts for the café, art shop, classes and parties are membership perks only and are not included with single passes or play packs.
