Guests check-in at the front desk to enter the Play Room for a play sesh!
The private Party Room is available for the duration of the party, set with a collaborative art activity for the party guests.
If a themed art project is added-on, a party host will lead guests through a take-home project.
Next up: food, cake, gifts- whatever your party calls for!
After two hours, the party will wrap up.
Don’t worry about clean up- that’s on us!

Max capacity for parties with 10 children is 30 total people (including parents, grandparents, siblings etc).
Max capacity for parties with 15 children is 45 total people.

Add-ons may be included up to one week prior to the event.

Full space buy out options start at $1750. A tab can be opened at the café, or we can team up with outside catering.

Yes! A $50 cleaning and trash service fee will be applied to cover additional cleanup and waste removal. The Party Room can be made available 15 mins before the start of the event for set-up.
Party Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Booking Confirmation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the day of your event.
Add-On Changes
You may make additions or subtractions to party add-ons (such as extra decor, guests, or activities) up to 72 hours prior to the start of your event.
BYO Decor & Food Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and decorations to personalize their celebration. A $50 cleaning and trash service fee will be applied to cover additional cleanup and waste removal.
Cancellation & Credit Policy
While all deposits and final payments are non-refundable, we’re happy to offer full credit toward a future party or booking at Art Play Café. This credit must be used within one year of your original event date.
